Gloucester County GOP Chairwoman Jacci Vigilante is the latest in a growing list of chairs condemning Republican US Senate candidate Hirsh Singh’s “vote early and if you change your mind, vote again” strategy. Vigilante is demanding Singh send a second mailer to Gloucester County Republicans apologizing for the first. Her press release on the matter follows:

Gloucester County Republican Chairwoman Jacci Vigilante called on Hirsh Singh to immediately apologize to every Republican in Gloucester County he encouraged to vote twice via a campaign mailer.

“Republican County Chairmen Ambrosino, Barlas and Earlen are right to condemn Hirsh Singh for attempting to mislead Republican voters by encouraging them to vote twice in an election,” Jacci Vigilante said. “I join my fellow county chairs in that condemnation and demand Hirsh Singh immediately send a second mailer to every Republican in Gloucester County who received his mailer encouraging this type of voter fraud and apologize for asking these voters to break the law.

“A final push to try to win an election is no excuse to encourage voter fraud.”
