Ciattarelli Solidifies South Jersey Support While Singh Whines And His Consultant Causes Problems In The North
/In the New Jersey Republican gubernatorial primary the Jack Ciattarelli train keeps on rolling.
Former beauty pageant winner Hirsh Singh claimed on social media, “I am strong in South Jersey,” after Camden County Republicans awarded the line to Ciattarelli and were joined by their partners at the Gloucester County GOP.
While claiming to be “strong in South Jersey” Singh whined about the scheduling of county conventions claiming the “establishment” is against him “so they try to rig it and cheat.” Of course, Singh was silent when he had the “establishment” backing in the 2018 congressional primaries nor did he complain about the “establishment” that helped him win the Ocean County convention in the 2020 US Senate primary.
Team Jack, wisely, ignored Singh’s claims and kept working to win the endorsements of county organizations. Ciattarelli won the conventions in Ocean and Cape May on March 10th. Then on March 13th Burlington, Cumberland and Salem conventions were all won by Ciattarelli.
In South Jersey Ciattarelli now has the line in Camden, Gloucester, Ocean, Cape May, Burlington, Cumberland and the slogan in Salem. Singh has nothing! Atlantic County’s Republican convention is Saturday.
What the Singh campaign does have is allegations of lying which is funny because multiple sources tell us Singh told people his biggest lie at the Cape May County convention, that he was going to be getting endorsed by President Donald Trump. I seriously doubt that endorsement is coming.
On top of that claim is Hirsh Singh’s consultant, King Penna, as reported by New Jersey Globe hurled insults in a Zoom meeting in Morris County. Video of the incident has been working its way around the state via email:
Sources confirm that since the Zoom incident Penna has stated that he will “destroy” Morris County GOP Chairwoman Laura Ali. I don’t know exactly what “destroy” is supposed to mean but I’m told there may be a restraining order in Penna’s future.
Stay tuned!
