ICYMI: LD6 Republicans Tell NJEA They Aren’t Screening Until The Masks Come Off The Students
/In a letter to the NJEA dated June 19 the Republican candidates in LD6, John Foley for Senate and Ed Farmer and Rich Super for Assembly, made their feelings about the union’s policies clear.
The candidates started their letter strong writing, “To be very frank, we do not believe that you are an organization that has the best interest of New Jersey educators, parents, and children in mind.” Foley, Farmer and Super then said, “…we believe you stick your finger up and feel the political winds before reaching any type of conclusion or decision as to which policies you advocate for and against.”
The GOP trio was clear writing, “We would not want your endorsement until you commit full and unequivocal support for ending the ridiculous policy of keeping our children masked in school.”
